These terms govern your use of spidertran.com. They do not govern transportation services — those are covered by the bill of lading, rate confirmation or written agreement applicable to each shipment, together with our cargo claims policy.
Website Use
This website is provided for information. You may use it to learn about our services and to contact us. You may not use it unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape it at a volume that burdens the service, or copy substantial portions of its content for commercial use without permission.
Quotes Are Not Binding Contracts
Rates quoted through this website, by phone or by email are estimates based on the information you provide. A quote is not a binding contract of carriage. Transportation services are subject to a signed bill of lading or rate confirmation, equipment availability at the time of tender, and the accuracy of the information supplied.
Availability is genuinely limited. We operate three trucks. A quote does not reserve capacity, and capacity is confirmed only on booking.
Accuracy of Information
We keep this website accurate but do not warrant that all content is current or error-free. Temperature ranges, equipment specifications and transit times shown are typical figures, not guarantees for any particular shipment.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spider Trans is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits our liability for cargo under the Carmack Amendment or applicable transportation law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and venue lies in Fresno County, California.
