How referrals and advertising work here.
Referrals
We sometimes receive enquiries through referrals from other carriers, brokers or businesses, and we sometimes refer freight we can’t handle to other carriers. Referral arrangements never change what you pay, and we don’t accept payment to recommend a carrier we wouldn’t use ourselves.
When we can’t cover your load — because of capacity, equipment or scope — we may suggest another carrier. That’s a suggestion, not an endorsement, and you should verify any carrier’s authority and insurance yourself before tendering freight. FMCSA’s SAFER database is public and takes a minute.
Freight Brokers
We accept freight from brokers and 3PLs. When we do, our contract is with the broker, and the broker’s own terms govern their relationship with you.
Advertising
We may advertise online. Any advertisement is identified as such, and we don’t publish paid testimonials or reviews.
Testimonials and Reviews
We do not currently publish customer testimonials on this website. If we do in future, they will be genuine, published with permission, and unpaid.
