Accessibility Statement

This site was built to be usable by everyone, and we’ll fix it if it isn’t.

Our Commitment

We want spidertran.com usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation or magnification.

What We’ve Done

This site was built with accessibility as a requirement rather than an afterthought:

  • Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure — one h1 per page, headings in order
  • Descriptive alternative text on images
  • Colour contrast meeting WCAG 2.1 Level AA for text
  • Full keyboard navigability with visible focus indicators
  • A skip link to jump straight to main content
  • Forms with properly associated labels
  • Responsive layout that works at 200% zoom and on small screens
  • No content that flashes, auto-plays or moves unexpectedly
  • Information never conveyed by colour alone

Conformance

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We assess this through a combination of automated and manual testing. We are not claiming certification by a third party.

Known Limitations

Some third-party content, if added in future, may not fully meet these standards. We’ll note any known issues here.

Tell Us About a Problem

If you encounter a barrier, contact us and we’ll fix it and give you the information you needed in another format meanwhile.

We aim to respond within five business days.
