Complaints Policy

If something went wrong, it reaches the person who can fix it.

Tell Us

If something went wrong, we want to hear it directly. We’re a three-truck operation — a complaint reaches the person who can actually fix it, not a queue.

What to Include

The bill of lading number, shipment date, pickup and delivery locations, what went wrong, and what you’d like done about it.

How We Handle It

Acknowledgement within two business days. We’ll confirm we’ve received it and tell you who’s handling it.

Investigation within ten business days. We review documentation, speak to the driver, and come back to you with findings. Complex matters take longer, and we’ll tell you if that’s the case rather than going quiet.

Resolution. We’ll explain what we found, what we’re doing about it, and what we’re changing so it doesn’t recur.

Cargo Loss or Damage

Claims for cargo loss or damage follow a separate regulated process with its own deadlines — see Cargo Claims & Liability. Notify us as soon as possible; the nine-month filing deadline is a legal limit, not our policy.

Safety Concerns

To report unsafe driving by one of our trucks, call us immediately at 818-536-4162 with the date, time, location and direction of travel. You may also file with FMCSA’s National Consumer Complaint Database at nccdb.fmcsa.dot.gov.
